Pre-split I thought it has consolidated quite well in the the 36 - 38 range before its latest run-up, so I guess the next support level would be in the 25-26 range. But I am no technician. I usually acquire stock my writing out of the money naked puts at prices I am comfortable with, to lower my average price. That strategy does result in missing big upside moves; but keeps the overall portfolio volatility lower. However, once in a while you do get assigned stock that keeps dropping (I am stuck with IFMX that I was assigned at 15 a couple of years ago), and you just don't want to bail out because you like the company's products. So this strategy does have its risks.

Currently I have naked positions in ASND puts Jun 65, CSCO April 85 puts and SUNW Mar 95 puts, Bankers Trust July 85 Puts, 3COM April 22.5, ADIC June 12.5 puts. I am considering writing ORCL April 25s but the premium is only a $1, so probably not worth it.

Regards

Alok
