Frank,

1. Thanks. Hang in there!!

2. I sent a nasty e-mail to Ron Goldenberg, GRIN CFO, a few minutes ago. To my surprise, I received a thoughtful response.

3. Let me recap some of his remarks:

a. The 4Q98 results were not delayed!

b. GRIN "...hopes to make amends to our loyal shareholder base in 1999."

c. KPMG audited FY 97 and 98 financials. Only the 4Q results have not been audited.

d. The Jan and Feb 99 sales results were not hyped. If you read the news today, GRIN is claiming a 50 % increase over those months last year. That plus the largest backorder level in GRIN history.

4. He noted my assertion that shareholders (on the i-net) were operating in a vacuum of information. I expressed my unhappiness in having to wait another 90 days for earnings results. I asked for news releases regarding GRIN and their business initiatives.

5. I asked for improvement in the way the IR and the GRIN Fin Relations Board in NYC treats shareholders seeking information. I have never gotten satisfactory answers to questions. Simple ones, like qtrly earnings results for 97 and 98.

6. I don't know about this. I gotta rethink GRIN.

7. I might be buying again. It sure is cheap...and probably getting cheaper!!
