Bob, I looked everywhere on the Internet to try to find financial statements for MRPS, without luck. As I posted before, I was not doing what I should have done to buy in before I went over their balance sheet and income statement. That is MY fault and MY fault alone. But, I just can not accept the thesis that all investors should not want to see those financial statements AT ONCE. Now, if this sounds as though I am trying to "diss" the company, I am not and I apologize. But, I am trying to help myself (and, perhaps a few more investors) to overcome my lack of judgment to push HARD for audited, verifiable financial statements. We all deserve them, don't we? Vic
