I am arguing about two points: 1) MSFT's earning; 2) devaluation of yuan.

Everyone knows that MSFT is the money machine and they are one of the few, if not the only one, have the luxury of massaging their number according to their will. I am only surprised at the comment that MSFT's warning should send to DOW down to 8k or 5k.

About the yuan. I don't want to list 100 reasons why China will not devalue in the near future. Ask me the same question "What makes you think that just because you've been right about this in the past that you won't be wrong in the future?" one year later. I have been asked the same question again and again by the bears, and some bulls, and I am getting really tired of the question. My suggestion: use the sell-off created by the yaun devaluation rumor spread by the bears like Soros as a good buying opportunity. You will be richly rewarded. Same goes with MSFT.

As far as return goes, I think that it's much harder to score triple digits wins when your portfolio is in the mid seven digits. It's much easier to do so with a six-digit portfolio. Period.
