Judge, If you would only wait the 90 days and see what happens...there is no point in putting good money after bad. We/I am already in the hole and it doesn't matter what you do, it will not hurt me in the pants or anywhere else for that matter. If you have as strong a case as you claim, then what harm is it to wait and see. Is it not true that you're investment could be considered dead money at this point? If the answer to that question is yes, then give Mr. Michaels the chance to prove you wrong. If he cannot then you have lost nothing but a few more days. If you are going to file then you will do nothing but hurt everyone involved. I am asking on behalf of the shareholders who favor the 90 day extension to please wait. Then if we are proven wrong go forth and do what you have to do. This is an appeal.
