I do a lot of trading, sometimes 30-35 trades a day (some days zero). Accordingly I need the tools, for which I pay dearly, about three thousand dollars a month. I get research reports and everything else you can think of. I use Track Data, which brings a dedicated line into my office. I can determine the exact time for every trade, thus was I able to supply you with the CIST info. Unfortunately Bulletin Board stocks can be easily manipulated, including illegal shorting etc. This is why 99% of all of my trades are in NYSE or Amex listed stocks. I stay away from all Nasdaq stocks also. I do like and also own CIST, and depending what management decides to do with their newly found wealth, it could be a real nice play at these prices for anyone willing to be patient.
