Mark,

That is one of my biggest complaints. This board acts like so many boards, i.e., the CEO has a seat on the board of the other board members' companies. This incestuous relationship seems to produce a rubber stamp mentality by the board members, and the CEO returns the favors. It seems the goal here is to bleed this company of any cash and assets. Each "new" vision leads to more cash spent, and yet another "one time charge" for R&D. The problem is that each new vision has been an abject failure. No revenue growth, no earnings growth. No stock price increase.
