Brad, that may well be their "official policy" ... but when I speak to the actual order takers on the phone I give them my order and then say to them something like this ... "I normally do all my trading electronically (via web) but you don't have the option available to place this kind of trade via the web ... you'll give me the discount for 'trading electronically', won't you?" I've never had anybody turn me down.
