I'd say the cards are stacked against them, but that it remains entirely possible. Only time will tell. I'm not sure how many of them 23 companies are seeking to develop business ventures in such places as the UAE and other small countries who don't want to deal with the larger firms. IMO, this will be one of the primary factors relating to DGIV's success if they make it.
