No it isn't as far as I can tell. Looking at the trading log MM's took it right on up there. I was just surprised it happened so fast. I wasn't watching it that close and left the computer for awhile. BANG!! I also went and checked with broker and its for real. LOL I just thought Pian was going to Malaysia I didn't know he was buying the whole country.(just kidding)
