no
thats why they make them independent
an independent dist can say damn near anything that he wants
and the co. cannot be held liable unless a pattern can
be shown that the co. did not prohibit or discourage
misleading statements or remarks.
1000 dollar product purchases are not uncommon in this
type of business (it's called buying in)
it enables a distributer to instantly attain a desired
commission level. actually it is done all the time
but for somebody to say it is REQUIRED to sign up is
a stupid person. it might be a misinterpretation of
a remark that that specific dollar amount is required to
attain that certain commission level.
the company will be held harmless with respect to ANY
statements made by any distributor.
thats the way it works.
the company will usually revoke the agents code number
from the computer as soon as they have any question as to
compliance to co. advertizing and or recruiting policies.
in my opinion this is not nor will it become a important
issue with respect to the performance of this stock.
much more important will be the growth rate of the dist.
network, time to critical mass, new products, ect.
regards
jmcp
