Trademark infringement... is efax, e-fax an everyday word? I don't think E-Fax communications can trademark the word efax. It would be like trying to trademark email or ephone or ecommerece. They can probably trademark e-fax (with the dash) but even that is questionable. Does anyone else agree? Jon :)
