I'll remind you that Microphonics is a non-reporting micro-cap company. As such, it is not required to report to the SEC, at least for the time being. Just because it does not report on a regular basis, does not mean it does not have good financial accounting or tight controls over costs. Many micro-cap companies do not report because of the costs associated with retaining SEC compliant auditors, etc. which in itself suggests cost controls is a concern.

I seem to recall the SEC will require all micro-cap companies (ie OTC, BB, pink slips) to file financial statements by July 1999 or else their stock will not be allowed to trade as they are today. As such, Microphonics has about four more months to get its act together. Which suggests, you may have to hold your water a little long than you would like.
