Earlie: It's my guess TXN will sell a good part of their convertible stock near the peak of the next up cycle in 2001-2002. They may sell a little early in the run up in order to take some money off the table, and to not run the risk of following it all the way down again. Since they've been in the market for so long, they KNOW when the best time to sell will be. Z
