thank you first off for admitting wellrich solicited stock w/o being a broker/dealer & validating the sec concerns & actions re: wellrich. secondly, you state you "don't have a copy" of the agreement, but forensics experts do dear, lololol ! beyond that, aslo taylor claims to have dissolved wellrich as a corporation in april of '97 & since wellrich was functioning as a boiler room w/o a b/d, the contract with aznt was null & void. refer to USA vs. WellRich. as for the arbitration & award. we will ignore that you claimed there was an arbitration & "judgement" against aznt several months ago which you claimed was in your posession & that you were "scanning" it to post on si, forgiving that. can you show us the original complaint? you said you could not. can you show us any reciept of service? aznt was never served. now the matter must show to have meriit in federal court where aznt wants it litigated. are you starting to see how things are unfolding? when do you think the defamation case & libel suit will be filed dear? have fun defending all your dribble in a court of law, it ain't si honey!
