The Company may very well have asked their counsel in NY if there is any way to express their displeasure with the way the SEC has acted in this matter. But remember that at the same time they are jumping through the proverbial hoops to satisfy the SEC's questions and get the suspension lifted. They may be wise to hold off on creating waves just now.
