Paul - re: "Fab 25 would be worth nothing to Intel. It is a re-tooled fab that has not had one stable process in its 5 year history." From this I assume that Intel would have a very difficult job fixing the fab's problems as it stands? Why is this so? They seemed quite willing to take on Dec's fab even though it wasn't designed by them. Aaron
