Here is my frustration with the discussion about financials... While some of you think I am too trusting, I think that some of you are acting like you a company can just whip out audited financials. Maybe someone who is an accountant can tell us the process. What you will find is that it is not one that can be timed that accurately. This is a big process and there are some variables. Some variable are: how busy the accounting firm is around tax time, if they miss something the first time around that the company thinks is important (which did happen), the length of time the company needs to review or re-review, and most important... how long the SEC takes to review (especially as they are being swamped by BB stocks trying to comply lately). That said, we all want the financials out. I have said more than once that there are 2 things this stock needs now. Two- Three big contracts and big block buying. We probably won't get the big block buying until the financials are out. I have said that. Apparently my optimism and laid back attitude is bothering some of you. Yes, the company does need to get out financials. It is important. I have told them the importance of them not promising a date and then missing it. What would you advise them to do? Perhaps they can come out with a summary of financial info....would that be of interest? They can do that I think within a week or so. Or do you guys want only the honest to goodness edgar filing info?
