They have a history of poor site maintenance. If a site is truly as important as you say, they don't agree. I think it is a matter of priorities, more so than incompetence. I bought Reader Rabbit and another title I can't remember as Christmas gifts. Ran out to my nearest retailer and bought based on the wrapper. I think that is pretty typical, for both parents and gift givers. Face it, as an 'online' investor, the website means a lot more to us than NKC's potential customers. We want all the info and we want it now! It is something 'tangible' (for lack of a better word), that we relate to our investment. These guys are on a budget(till a couple of weeks ago,anyways), and the website isn't high on the list. Just my take. We will soon see if management are geniuses for the salvation of Softquad, or well dressed idiots who took a wrong turn..... cough..cough..(smokey in here), tj by the way, your stop get hit?
