Check freeedgar.com for a new S-3A filing regarding sale of new shares to Castle Creek. The form also lists all of the negatives that could hamper WavePhore's business and makes for good reading.

29M shares of preferred WAVO stock have been issued and 502K shares of series 1994 convertible preferred, priced at $11, have been issued to David Deeds.
