K - Under "normal" circumstances, companies don't mind the free publicity they get when we do an announcement. The issue usually is approval of the content, to insure that the company is portrayed in the 'proper light'.

This case however is a "very special" case. With this company, the NAME IS THE FRANCHISE. Their position is very simple: "People pay us megabucks, through licensing fees, for the right to associate themselves or their products with our name. Nobody freeloads on our name!"

We tried to persuade otherwise, in the end we waived the white flag and moved on.

The restraining mechanism imposed on DWEB is the contract between us and them that we so greatly value. "Ordinary" citizens however, are protected by the first amendment right of free speech and press.

DISCLAIMER: DWEB IR is the official voice of DWEB. In fact DWEB IR is the Investor Relations Department of DynamicWeb Enterprises, Inc.

Additionally, this is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy DynamicWeb securities. For additional information, see the Company's periodic SEC filings which can be found at www.sec.gov (edgar data base).
