The combo study interests me greatly. Please could you post the data if it is not too extensive. Does it give the breakdown of how many of the 16 men had success with muse (but not viagra), how many had success with viagra (but not muse) and how many had failed with both the treatments? This information is important for computing the size of the interaction between the treatments.
