Valence is being fraudulently promoted. There is zero doubt in my mind about this.

I have been threatened many, many times. I have even been named in a lawsuit by Cyberguard corporation when I uncovered accounting fraud and posted my short-sale recommendation on the internet. Turned out that my analysis about CYBG was absolutely correct, the stock went to zero, and the lawsuit was mysteriously dropped.

Your threats are amusing - but boring. If you have anything substantial to point out that will change my opinion about the company (beyond the lie that "a big PO is due any day now") then I'd love to hear it. I've made mistakes in the past...if I'm making a mistake about Valence then a well-reasoned argument will certainly go a long way towards convincing me. You are more than welcome to take any action against me that you see fit. That will not change my opinion about Valence - and I intend to continue posting whenever I please.

I believe Valence will eventually trade below 1 a share, in fact I don't see how Valence can remain a going concern without more massive dilution.

P.S. I checked your personal profile and see that you also fell victim to the RNTK and TAVA frauds. Needless to say, I successfully shorted TAVA on more than one occasion. I hope that you didn't get your stock advice from the greasy con-artist "TokyoMex". If so...you have my sympathies.
