Lynn: While most analysts consider themselves demigods or higher, I believe that in this case they fall under the same umbrella as institutions (for which most of them work) and us lesser mortals. Perhaps the question to ask IR (other posters might might know the answer) is the type of information that CPQ can divulge in press releases during the quiet period. Can they make any reference to earnings or are restricted to comment only on day-to-day operations? I believe it's the latter, but I'm not sure.
