Knight Securities is a market maker specializing in trades for large broker/dealers, especially on-line trading firms, etc. It's run by Kenny Pasternak, former head of Troster,Singer, another big market maker. The GMCH shares are simply in "street name" held for other broker/dealers who bought them for their customers.
