It's the fact that EFAXINC had an established identity and Jetfax most likely caused dilution of brand name recognition. For instance, you can't trademark the term Boston, but if your company infringes on the Boston Brewing Companies' established brand name, you can be held accountable. Dubious indeed. jw steve
