May God keep his soul." <g> But seriously Doug, why don't you do us a favor and show us how - in the future - eBay will be making enough money to justify the current market cap (and more, since you think this is a buying oppt). You know, estimate earnings each year for the next five or ten years - or however long you believe it's going to need to justify buying it today. Set a reasonable P/E for the final year of your table. Spell out the argument you're making in earnings. Otherwise we're going to think you've just gone off your rocker! Kailash
