I looked at a copyright notice and it contained 39 lines. their were 2893 files of c h and imake. About 1.1 millions lines of copyright. Also it is possible that up to 20 to 30% of lines could be comments. But the lines of code is in the upper tens of millions of lines. Tom Watson tosiwme
