Ken, I'm no SEC filing expert, but it smells like a sellout to me.
Castle creek should end up with controlling share vote the way I
see it. Any one know who castle creek is????
There's several parts. Shares no more than 8+, another group
between $4+ and $18+, some at $11. Most are those issued in 1994.
Heavy dilution up to 50,000,000 shares are possible, but the way I
read it is a gap up in price. Any experts out there??? The offer of
115.25% of 3/31 closing price is interesting. If it holds we're
looking at near $8.
