crusader (at the time newmillenium), alerted us to mr big. if someone wanted to, he posted an article about why softbank was a high probability. crusader was far ahead on this. on idtc being a buyout candidate. this could be why they are "shedding" non-core parts of the business. it will interesting to see what the ipo/spinoff piece contains. it is also possible we could see a dual announcement of the spinoff and sale of the core if this is why we have not heard about the consent agreement yet.
