Tracking, The Head gave ground, I went short using the USPIX
it's not a strong signal and I may regret it. Until today most
signals were for more up side.

It looks like The Top cats have run out of steam
the above 19 is about 60% of the NDX ,

While the market has surprised me, it hasn't fooled me very
much ( short term ), it's still sort of healthy looking,
and my short is with caution.
