To All:
I am new to this forum and am long FONR. During my time in this
stock, 7 mos., I have come upon some facts related to its' trading
as well as the corporate stuff which you all now know about.
To begin with, there is a stock trading guru by the name of Wade Cook
who has taken an interest in FONR. He gives seminars around the
country on his methods. Very expensive seminars. I havn't attended
any nor do I plan to. I did hear 2 of his tapes recently,
though. He describes a type of stock he calls a "rolling" stock.
This type of stock is usually low-priced and sets up a pattern in
which it runs up and down several times in a short period. He
believes FONR is now such a stock. The strategy is to buy at current
levels, then sell after a 25-40% move. To me, that looks alot like
3.0625 ask, it's current significant resistance. I don't know what
the size of his following is but it appears to be a large one. The
ramifications of such an influence on the price movement are, I
believe, something to pay attention to. There is no question that
the last two days' volume and price increase will bring more atten-
tion to FONR. There may soon come a need for nimble decisions to be
made and acted upon. Wade Cook has his own website and he is
discussed in several others. I haven't checked in about a month but
I suggest each of you get on a search engine to check him and his
influence out. Come to your own conclusions and then we can hash
out a strategy either individually or as a group.
This is longer than I thought it would be, but here goes number 2.
I have been bringing others into FONR for the last 7 months. As
recently as 2 weeks ago myself and others have been buying more.
That's not important though. What is important, to me at least, is
that one of those in my group has an ear into another group. This
person was told by another that MCIC was going to be purchased by
another company. I told this person that that was just too un-
believable. 7 weeks later British Telecom announced its purchase
of MCI. Now, I'm not saying that a purchase of FONR is imminent,
all I really know is that this group started to accumulate FONR
3 weeks ago. I didn't hear anything other than, "Buy FONR". Based on
the MCI thing I have to assume they are not Wade Cookies. This seems
to be two seperate phenomenon. Whew! Well there it is, 2 more things
to think about.
Best of luck to all, Doug R.
