Tom:

I know I have done at least 200 transactions on ebay, and not single one has involved anything illegal, and none of them have resulted in any form of fraud.

You don't throw the baby out with the bath water.

The only thing I know that is probably illegal is the sale of Microsoft Office for $29 and less. It doesn't take a rocket science to figure that one out, and that one would be easy for eBay to stop.

As far as the sale of sex with teenage Thai girls, that one is just a bit difficult to believe, and harder to believe that of it does exist, that eBay can't easily put a stop to those auction.
