MSFT sells into the channel Michael, MSFT sells Office direct to corporate customers. They should have a very good indication of how many office upgrades vs. new licenses they are selling. And Maffei is just super cautious. He stated there was stuffing going on, but he just didn't seem that concerned. And if the channel stuffing was so severe, I believe MSFT would almost immediately see this with a slowdown in OS licensing as distributors refuse to accept more product. Gary
