Norris, Sr. as Chief Executive Officer and President of ITEX Corporation and as a member and chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board expressed its sincere appreciation for Mr. Norris' 2 1/2 years of service as CEO and President and his service as a member of the Board of Directors since the inception of the corporation. Dr. Charles Padbury, a member of the Board of Directors since 1992 was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and will perform the duties of interim president until a successor can be named.
