Doug, There's no doubt ebay doesn't tolerate illegal transactions on its web site and will definitely pull the ads in a heartbeat when they are discovered. The challenge is how can ebay effectively detect and wipe out the bad ones, and at what costs are they willing to bear to get the job done?

I do think ebay will have to institute some level of policing of its web site to cut down on frauds, scams, and illegal transactions.
