Worse than that, anyone who doesn't know that Starr is evaluating whether to indict Bubba before, or as soon as, he leaves office is just hopelessly naive. Even if the allegations against Bakaly are true they concern one story which appeared in the NYT concerning these deliberations. Given what Clinton just got a pass on and the fact that the rule of law has effectively been nullified by the Senate, I'd say its much ado about nothing. I also don't see how it changes the basic truth. Clinton lied affirmatively to the American people, he perjured himself and obstructed justice. He's abused his office, he's abused his cabinet, he's abused his staff, he's abused his wife and most reprehensible of all, he's abused his daughter. Everytime I think about it makes me sick. JLA
