No, I don't think any thread participants complained. More likely it's inconsistencies between press releases/public statements and official filings. That, coupled with complaints is how the SEC normally operates. But as I said before, I have no knowledge whatsoever of LEAH. Only read the SEC link and the link that Jeff provided.
