I am not sure what you mean. First,I don't have the full press release; somebody on this thread does have it, however.

If the press release says that insiders have not reported their tradings then I am not indeed too surprised about this. A few times in the last year or so I mentioned when I suspected that insiders were trading and likely not reporting it. Few believed me and some, in good faith, ridiculed me.
