Steve, it means that any share of FONR that may have changed hands 20 times is given the same consideration as any share that has been held for the duration. It would appear that the guy who initiated this suit would like to see it fail in hopes that such a failure would increase the share price significantly more than the suit would return. I am curious though as to the signifigance of a 5 year lifespan of the warrants to be granted the preferred shareholders as demanded by the suit.
