Actually, the stock went up after the news. Looks like a lot of people (or maybe just a few large shareholders) had bought in in the upper 20's and low 30's and were taking profits.

I would prefer it if those were shareholders who bought at this level or higher - that's the only way to work through the overhead. It does the stock price no good if shareholders who bought lower keep selling here - the price would never break through resistance.
