Jim, both the spy, and presumably qqq, premiums track closely
with the futures. The midcap options, and oex options, also track with futures.

SPY usually has a .3 premium if the spoos are trading at fair value.

If spx is at 1300, spy is 1/10 and should be 130. Add .3 and
SPY should be at 130.3, with some variances, such as recently when the market broke out, it was a bit higher.

QQQ should track with the NDX futures, although the normal premium may be different because of NDX volatility.
