Freedom of speech also carries a bigger burden when you profit by it..The argument you make doesnt hold water..If I can pick up the phone and say anything I want with impunity..and call e the elderly and scamm them in a t boiler-room operation..Is that freedom of speeach or is it a crime..I for one welcome the extra scrutiny and wish there was an SEC staff member employed for each thread like their are examiners for each FIRM,,these threads and boards are starting to carry almost as much clout as a Big name Firm. Regulation is the most natural and most productive step in protecting the public.
