Well, I am still scratching my head. Looks like a very tiny acquisition, in terms of cash, but it is unclear what assets Golden Cycle has. I poked around the Golden Cycle web site and did not find much of interest. Do any of the names on their board ring a bell? Do any of them have ties to other companies of interest to EN or FN? Any clues at all?
