Hi mr.mark

You're right, I am paying them and if I thought they could help I would ask. They have a hard time resetting modems, they pay a tech to come in from Reykjavik and work on the system, so I don't think they can help find the missing link.

On a related track, I installed Norton Utilities yesterday and I seem to remember you saying you had some problems with it. I ran the diagnostic part of it and it said it found 57 problems, it went on to fix them all--didn't take care of the DUN problem though. I wasn't aware I so many other problems :)

It also has a scaled down anti-virus program in it, it reports I have a virus called blankey.STCM. After I tell it to fix it, it says it can't fix it and it can't delete it either. When I check the properties of the "corrupted file" in Explorer, it comes up as 0 bytes. McAfees, my main anti-virus program, doesn't find anything when I have it scan "all files". Does this sound familiar at all? It's very annoying to have the Virus Alert constantly popping up and not being able to provide any help.

Thanks
Lou
