In the Netherlands the taxman demands financials from every company. I assume the IRS works the same, so Microphonics would have financials available for 1996, 1997 at least. Perhaps disclosing these financials would cause the stock to drop, let's hope that is the reason they want the 1998 financials out first (supposedly better figures). You might ask them. Roelof
