Newbridge trims stake in Tundra.
Tundra Semiconductor Corp. said yesterday the underwriters for its initial public offering in February have purchased an additional 803,626 common shares for 7.4 million.
The over-allotment option shares were purchased from Newbridge Networks Corp., reducing its holdings in Tundra to 10.3%.
