I believe that Horace Rubenstein who brought this class action suit against Fonar was bent out of shape by Dr. Damadian's "poison pill" provision which he pushed through to protect his control of the company during the pendency of the GE, et al, litigation. In settling this suit now by enhancing the dividend and granting the warrants, Fonar is protecting the company by precluding any further class action shenanigans. A five year warrant on the stock of a company in Fonar's present position could be an extremely valuable item in a few years.

I've been holding Fonar since 1991 at an average price of $1.27 and I
can live with a depressed price for a few more months to get those warrants with a low strike.
