WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Sprint (NYSE: FON) congratulates the
U.S. government -- particularly the negotiating team from the Office of the
U.S. Trade Representative and the Federal Communications Commission -- on the
historic signing of the World Trade Organization global agreement on basic
telecommunications.
The negotiations were prolonged and difficult, but it is clear from the

countries have committed to open their telecommunications markets to
