Zev it sounds to me like this is guy does not know what he is talking about, the Nasdaq is an exchange not a regulatory body.

Perhaps he meant the NASD (National Association of Security Dealers) they are a private regulatory agency that police stock brokers and securities companies, if you are not a stock broker or a professional affiliated with that group, this is sort of like saying the *Ding Dong* "Avon Lady calling." If you dont have a securities licence then the worst the NASD can do is pass it on to the SEC... Doubtful the SEC will do anything to you, for educating investors.

I have been trying to talk to the NASD about some related matters for a month now, if they contact you please send them my way when you are finished with them <LOL>
